Farzi Cafe incident: Five accused get bail after Nalapad

Bengaluru: After the main accused Mohammed Nalapad Harris got conditional bail pertaining to the assault on Vidwath, son of businessman Loknath at Farzi Cafe in U B City on February 17, other five accomplice of Nalapad accused in the incident also got bail.

The 63rd Sessions Court has granted bail to Mohammed Nasir, Balakrishna, Manjunath, Mohammed Ashraf and Arun Babu. Another accused in the case Shri Krishna is still sbsconding.

Prime accused in the case, son of Shanti Nagar MLA Hariss, Mohammed Nalapad got conditional bail just two weeks back, on June 14 after 116 days of jail term. The High Court had ordered to surrender two sureties of Rs.2 lakh each and the passport to the court.
