Bengaluru: After Chief Minister HD Kumaraswamy was rushed to Jayadeva Institute of Cardiovascular Sciences and Reseach as he complained of uneasiness, chest pain and other problems, the doctors treating him have reportedly given him an interesting advice.
According to highly placed sources in the Chief Minister’s Office, the fluctuating Blood Pressure of the CM was one of the main issues that the team of doctors treating him have discussed and it is now learnt that the medicos have suggested to the CM to stay away from watching Television channels.
“He is an emotional man and generally when he watches the news, he finds it difficult to cope with his emotions. So it has been advised to not watch TV,” said a source.
It is said that the CM has also been advised not to hit the by-election campaign trail as the tight schedule may further deteriorate his health. The health of the CM is said to be stable now and he has been adviced a day’s rest by the doctors. Kumaraswamy underwent valve replacement surgery in 2017.
