Bengaluru: The hearing of Congress strongman D K Shivakumar’s bail plea has been adjourned to Thursday, September 19. The hearing will resume at 3 PM.
According to sources, Enforcement Directorate (ED) advocate K M Nataraj was not able to appear in court today. The judge adjourned the hearing to Thursday based on the request made by his juniors.
Abhishek Singhvi, advocate for DKShi, continued his arguments today and also and refuted all the allegations leveled by the ED against his client. He stated that all the allegations are fictitious.
