Mangaluru/Bengaluru: As per the directions of Governor of Karnataka Vajubhai Vala, Deputy Secretary (Administration), Government of Karnataka, M B Vijaykumar has rolled out a list of district in-charge ministers for all the 31 districts. Muzrai minister Kota Srinivas Poojary has been appointed as the district in-charge minister for Dakshina Kannada, while Home Minister Basavaraj Bommai has been appointed as the district in-charge minister for Udupi.
According to a government circular, V Somanna has been appointed as the district in-charge minister for Kodagu and Mysuru.
Others in the list include CM B S Yediyurappa (Bengaluru Urban), DCM Govind Karajol (Bagalkote and Kalaburugi), Dr C N Ashwath Narayan (Ramanagar and Chikkaballapura), Laxman Savadi (Koppala and Balllari), R Ashok (Bengaluru Rural and Mandya), K S Eshwarappa (Shivamogga), B Sreeramulu (Chitradurga and Rayachuru), S Suresh Kumar (Chamarajanagar) and Jagadish Shettar (Hubballi-Dharwad and Belagavi).
