Bengaluru: The Indira canteen staff at the Radhakrishna temple ward near Devasandra had a special guest for breakfast. It was none other than DCM and Home Minister D G Parameshwar. Parameshwar arrived at the canteen and enjoyed the breakfast and also expressed his happiness about the quality of the food served.
According to the officers who accompanied the DCM, he paid Rs.10 from his purse and ate bisibele bath and three idlis. Later, he spoke to the general public who were having breakfast.
He then visited Ganganagar maternity hospital and spoke to the patients. Speaking to the media, he said it was a surprise visit to find the reality. He said he will continue his surprise visits to public places.
