Bengaluru: The Columbia Asia Referral Hospital, Yeshwanthpur in association with Lions Club Bengaluru North had organised a health talk on ‘Women and Wellness’ at Rajajinagar to create awareness and educate women members of the club on the topic.
“Regular physical activity, balanced diet and avoiding junk food from a young age helps in preventing hormonal imbalances in women”, said Dr Ambuja Govindaraj, Consultant Obstetrics and Gynaecology, Columbia Asia Referral Hospital, Yeshwanthpur.
