Bengaluru: The Chief Minister’s Office (CMO) finalised the guidelines for the village stay programme of Chief Minister HD Kumaraswamy, which will start on June 21 from Yadgir district of the state.
This village stay programme will be held in village schools and this specifically aims at giving a facelift to the government schools. As per the guidelines, the school facilities shall be upgraded and at every village stay programme, experts from the farming sector and progressive farmers must be included. Farmers must interact with them.
The CMO also asked the DCs of all the districts to form the committee led by the Assistant Commissioners to collect the complaints of the locals.
“Atleast 5,000 locals must be brought for the event. All the local issues shall be brought to the notice of the CM in the event,” informed in the CMO guidelines.
