Bengaluru: Chief Minister H D Kumaraswamy reached Bengaluru after his stay at a resort in Madikeri, but declined to speak to the media saying that he will meet the press only on May 23, the day the results of the Lok Sabha election will be announced.
CM Kumaraswamy had left for a resort in Madikeri on Sunday, May 12 afternoon and attended a marriage reception in Somanahalli in the Maddur taluk of Mandya in the evening.
He maintained a distance from the media at the marriage reception as well. Police also blocked the media from entering the reception hall.
While leaving from the reception, he stated that he will talk to the media only after May 23.
