Bengaluru: Hours after CM BS Yediyurappa tested positive for corona virus and got admitted to Manipal hospital, his daughter Padmavati too tested positive for Covid-19.
She too has been admitted to a private hospital in the city.
However, his son BY Vijayendra who stays with him at his residence in the city tested negative.
According to the authorities, every week swab test of the CM’s family is done as a precautionary measure.
“This Sunday he was tested positive,” said sources at the Chief Minister’s Office (CMO)
