Bengaluru: Chief Minister BS Yediyurappa has decided to work from home for sometime, after a few staff members at his home office ‘Krishna’ tested positive for Corona virus, on Friday.
In a statement, CM BSY said that important meetings and discussions will be held via Video Conferencing.
“Nobody needs to worry about my health as I am fine. I request everybody to follow safety measures and the guidelines of the government. Maintain social distancing and wear masks so that you protect yourself from the infection,” said the CM.
With several staff members and a driver working at Krishna testing positive, the CM has to remain quarantined at home as he is one of the secondary contacts of the positive persons.
As per sources, the CM was once tested negative for COVID-19 and he is likely to undergo yet another test after Monday.
