Bengaluru: Though several details have been eked out from V Nagaraj alias Bomb Naga, former corporator and rowdy sheeter who has been arrested on multiple charges, he has still largely remained to be a hard nut to crack for the investigating officials.

nagaIt is said that the officials have successfully procured details of his ambitious life from him, but whenever the officials try to get details on source of his wealth, Nagaraj falls unconscious.

Huge cache of old banned notes were seized from Bomb Naga’s house and as per sources, Naga has all tactics up his sleeves to evade a probe on the source of his wealth. “Whenever police starts interrogation he falls unconscious. After some time he starts holding the feet of all the officers,” the source said.

Meanwhile, as per sources, yet another detail that Naga has spoken about is of his unrealised dream of pressing in choppers for his 2013 campaign. In 2013, Nagaraj had contested from Gandhinagar constituency against Dinesh Gundurao of Congress and PC Mohan of the BJP. To ensure that he will outwit the two national party candidates in the campaign, he wanted to use a helicopter to throw lakhs of election pamphlets in the constituency. But election commission didn’t give him permission to use a helicopter. “We have recovered few documents in this regard from his home,” said an officer part of the investigation.

Ever since his arrest, V Nagaraj has been reiterating that the police had raided his residences at the behest of Dinesh Gundurao and PC Mohan, alleging that the two had conspired to keep him away from the 2018 polls.
