Bengaluru: Rural Development and Panchayat Raj minister Krishna Byre Gowda alleged that the BJP’s national leadership is trying to dislodge the coalition government in the state in an unethical manner.
Speaking to reporters in Kolar, he alleged that a huge sum of black money is being used for this purpose.
“The BJP is trying to mislead the people by making false statements. They have been working on this for the last 10 months. They have renewed their efforts even now,” he claimed.
He then urged Prime Minister Narendra Modi to work on the country’s development instead of destabilising governments.
Speaking about the drought in the state, he stated that the state government is implementing drought-relief efforts effectively and that all the grievances are being attended to at the earliest.
