Bengaluru: It seems there is no end to the drama surrounding the stability of the coalition government led by CM HD Kumaraswamy. Amid criticism by the Congress and the JDS leaders, the BJP leaders continue to lure the rebel leaders. In a sudden development, former minister CP Yogeshwar, who is considered as the right hand of former CM BS Yeddyurappa met rebel Congress leader in the city on Tuesday evening. M Nagaraj, former MLA of Nelamangala was also present.
According to the sources, both the leaders held closed-door meeting for over 30 minutes.
“They discussed about the prevailing political situation in the state and updated the information about the Operation Kamala,” said sources in the BJP.
“BJP leaders are confident of the formation of a new government in the first week of June. Ramesh Jarakiholi is entrusted with the responsibility of bringing MLAs,” said the BJP sources.
