Bharat Bundh tomorrow: No protest rallies, orders Compol

Bengaluru: Trade Unions and left affiliated parties have called for a Bharat Bundh tomorrow. However, the police department has not issued permission yet to the protesters to hold the bundh.

Commissioner of Police Bhaskar Rao, in communication, has stated that the protesters cannot be taking out protest rallies.
If the protesters violate the order and hold rallies then suitable action will be initiated against them, which includes a case against the organisers under Section-107.

The left parties and Trade Unions are protesting against the Citizenship Amendment Act, NRC and other issues, including the merger of banks.
