Bengaluru: In a big relief to the over 1 crore population living in the city, in last two days no COVID-19 positive cases were reported in the city.

The number of positive cases stabilised at 41.

“It is a huge positive news. If the new positive cases are not reported till the end of this week, it will be a great achievement and an important milestone in our war against Corona virus,” explained an officer from the health department.

“Kalaburugi and Kodagu districts, from where positive cases were reported till now have also been able to contain the spread of this virus. There are no new positive cases in these two districts. Now the only worry is Mysuru from where positive cases are being reported,” he explained.

“Hundreds of people home quarantined in connection with a Mysuru Covid 19 positive patient,” he added.
