Bengaluru: With the idea of ensuring timely quality treatment to the needy patients, the government hospital doctors can henceforth refer their patients to designated private hospitals online.
So far, the government hospital doctors would refer patients offline, but under the new system, doctors can release patients admitted at government hospitals to any private hospital by generating the required documents online.
“The Ayushman scheme has been merged with the Arogya Karnataka scheme. The cards will be distributed via the Karnataka One and Bengaluru One centres too,” informed an officer.
