Amid COVID 19, 15 IAS officers transferred

Bengaluru: Amid the COVID 19 crisis, the state government transferred 15 IAS officers. This includes four Deputy Commissioners of various districts.

MT Reju, state director of Samagra Shikshana has been transferred as the mission director of National Livelihood Mission (NLM), while Dharwad DC M Deepa has been transferred as the new state director of Samagra Shikshana.

Nitesh Patil will be the new DC of Dharwad.

Gadag DC MR Hiremath transferred as the new DC of Belagavi. Sundresha Babu M will be the new DC of Gadag. Pommala Sunil Kumar who was the Koppal DC transferred as the special commissioner, BBMP. The Karnataka Examination Authority (KEA) executive director will be the new DC of Koppal.

According to the government sources, all these transfers are routine in nature as these officers have already spent over 2 years in the incumbent posts.
