Bengaluru: All India Congress Committee (AICC) president Rahul Gandhi will tour the state today and attend two events.
The first event will be held in Kalaburugi at 1.30 PM where RaGa will address a party rally. It can be recalled that a senior leader of the party, Mallikharjun Kharge is contesting from Kalaburugi.
A number of local BJP leaders, including Vinod Shanappa, son of BJP leader K B Shanappa, are joining the Congress in the presence of RaGa. K B Shanappa announced his resignation from the BJP on Sunday.
RaGa’s second event is scheduled in Bengaluru in the evening. He will hold an interaction with the techies and achievers from various walks of life on the occasion.
