Bengaluru: After Covid 19 outbreak, now the state is witnessing a sudden surge in the black fungus cases in all the districts. On Monday May 24, 71 new cases were detected and 2 persons succumbed to the infection.
A highest number of cases were reported from Bengaluru where 30 new cases were diagnosed. According to the data, in the last one week, 400 new cases were reported from across the state.
With the shortage of medicines, people are struggling to get proper medical care for this infection.
