Around 6000 jowar roti distributed to flood victims in Bagalkot

Bagalkot: Care Foundation Trust, Vidyagiri in collaboration with Vikas Credit Co-operative Society distributed around 6000 jolada roti (jowar roti) to the flood victims, here on Monday, August 12.

They were distributed to the flood victims of Kamatagi, Aihole, Nimbalgundi, Katapura, Pattadakal, and Siddanakolla.

Along with 6000 jowar rotis, they were given with Shenga/Peanut Chutney, 10 bags of drinking water bottles, and medicines under the supervision of Tahsildar Subhas S Sampagavi.

Vikas Credit Co-operative Society members Basavaraj Hiremath, president of the co-operative society S K Patil, vice president R N Kankale, members of Care Foundation Trust Eshwar S Konappanavar, Anand Pawar, Shankrappa Vijapura, Prabhu Vaijapura and others were present.
