MIT students to trek on mountain ranges across country
Manipal: A team of four Manipal Institute of Technology students, with a passion for trekking, are in the process of climbing several peaks of the mountain ranges in India. They began their first phase of the expedition to the summits in South India on May 11 and have completed a number of them in Karnataka and Tamil Nadu including Mullayangiri and Doddabetta.

Dist BJP unit submits memo stating state govt's atrocity against party workers to DC

MAHE to take over Durga Sanjeevani Manipal Hospital
Mangaluru: The building and premises for the Durga Sanjeevani Manipal (DSM) multi-speciality hospital at Kateel in Mangaluru will be formally handed over to Manipal Academy of Higher Education (MAHE) and Kasturba Hospital on April 29, at 10 AM in the presence of Shri Vishweshatheertha Swamiji of Pejavar Mutt by Sanjeevani Charitable Trust. The hospital will become functional later this year.
