Karkala : Miyar gram panchayath member Shabir’s wife committed suicide here on August 20. She hanged self at her house near Masjid in Miyar.
The deceased is identified as Shahina(35). Dispute between couple might be the reason for the crime.
City police have reached the spot and body has been sent for post-mortem to the nearby government hospital.
A case has been registered in City police station.
