Hariprriya is after a popular face, thanks to "Neer Dose". The actress who is on signing spree has films like "Bharjarai", "Samhaara", "Katha Sangama" and "Kanaka" in her kitty and now the actress has signed the biggest film of her career so far.
As per sources Haripriya has been chosen to play female lead in Darshan's much-hyped 50th film 'Kurukshethra'.
The film, which will be produced by Congress MLA Muniratna Naidu, will be launched this month. Darshan is playing role of Duryodhana in the film, while Ravichandran will be playing Krishna in the film, the makers are tightlipped about the other characters. The filmmakers will share it when the official launch of the movie is held on on July 30, for now they are finalising the rest of the star cast.
While Darshan’s costumes have been readied, the team is now working on Ravichandran’s armour. The filmmakers have roped in a few from Baahubali team and brought in a company from Mumbai to work on the VFX. This big budget movie is being produced by Munirathna and has Jayashree Devi on board as its executive producer.
Naganna, who directed Darshan's blockbuster film "Sangolli Rayanna" will be directing this film.
