Abu Dhabi: MR. ISC-2016 – ISC – UAE Open Body Building Competition – 2016 was conducted at ISC on December 16.
As many as 52 participants from all over UAE participated in the competition in four categories. Below is the list of winners:
Up to 70 KG – Robin Khan (Bangladesh), 1st Runner Up – Shahul Hameed(India), 2nd RunnerUp, Jhomel S. Alvarez (Philippines)
70 to 80 KG – Mohammed Nishad (India), 1st Runner Up – Mohammed Mohssen,(Egypt), 2nd Runner Up – Ronald P. Jimenez (Philippines)
80 to 90 KG – Shaheen Saeed Al Mheiri (UAE), 1st Runner Up – Kamal Mohammed, (Saudi Arabia) 2nd Runner Up – Aneesh Raj (India)
90kg and above – Walid Ahmad Bahader (Comoros), 1st Runner Up – Vipin Chacko (India), 2nd Runner Up – Douglas Seebugwawo (Uganda)
Mr. ISC – Shaheen Saeed Al Mheiri (UAE)
Attractive cash prizes, trophies and certificates were presented to the winners. The judgment was done by an elite panel of judges from UAE Body Building Federation Abdulmajid Kasem Yazbek, Mohammed Shaheen Al Hosani, Mohammed Salem Easa Almahri, Khaled Ali Humaid Alshamsi, Mahmoud Al Hammadi, Abdullah Jamal Abdullah Al Blooshi, Hasan Ahmad Iasheen, and.Jaffar Hussain Jaffar.
The Guest of Honor was Miss World Fanny Al Zarooni.
The competition was coordinated by ISC Sports Secretary A.M Nizar. ISC General Secretary John P. Varghese welcomed the gathering. ISC Hon .President M. Thomas Varghese gave the Presidential Address and the Vote of Thanks was proposed by Asst. Sports Secretary Prakash Thampy. Other Managing Committee members, distinguished guests and a large audience attended the function.
