With the plea received from his mother, social workers Melwyn Pinto & Shodhan Prasad took up the responsibility in Dubai and completed all the formalities viz., FIR Case, Post Mortem Reports, Police Clearance, Death Certificate, Cancellation of Visa, Cancellation of Passport, Clearance from Sponsor, Death Certificate from Indian Consulate, Embalming, Booking cargo etc. and also arranged visa for a friend named Keerthan Poojary who voluntarily came from Mangaluru to take Edrin’s mortal remains back to Mangaluru for cremation.

Many well known personalities both from the community as well as other fellow Mangaloreans came forward voluntarily to contribute for the expenses through which all the above formalities could be completed soon. The names of the persons are withheld on request but the social workers are hereby conveying a big thanks for their generous and timely support. Many people morally supported including the local authorities who helped selflessly throughout the process. Further with the support of Ramcy Fernandes Family, the cremation has been arranged for Edrin at Kulshekar Church and Fr.
