Mysore : Senior BJP leader Ananth Kumar has launched a tirade against Chief Minister Siddaramaiaha and has said that “ The CM who is facing fear of failure in the Lok Sabha elections has lost his mental balance.”
Speaking to reporters on April 3, Thursday, Ananth Kumar said the CM is in the grips of fear following information that the Modi wave will help the BJP win higher number of seats than the Congress.
Continuing, he said despite the Apex court declaring Modi as innocent in the Gujarat riots case, the CM has been issuing statements that Modi is guilty and thus resorting to contempt of court.
He also warned that the BJP would move the Election Commission against such statements from the CM.
Ananth Kumar further said the BJP had complained to the EC when even Rahul Gandhi made a similar statement about a month ago. Then the EC had censured Rahul who refrained from touching the topic again, said Ananth Kumar.
Parameshwar following Siddu : The KPCC Chief G Parameshwar too is following CM Siddaramaiah, Ananth Kumar said and resented the KPCC Chief’s statement that he was waiting for former PM Deve Gowda to take poison. “Deve Gowda is the former prime minister and I have respect for him,” Ananth Kumar said.
He further stated that the BJP if elected will try to bring back to India the black money stashed in banks in foreign nations.
However he did not answer the questions as to whether the BJP, if elected to power would initiate tax reforms measures to prevent creation of black money.
