The former MLA and DK district BJP president Padmanabha Kottary released the coupon bearing the picture of the late Shantaram Kalladka here on Tuesday.
Speaking on the occasion, Padmanabha Kottari commended the disciples of the late Shantaram Kalladka to keep the memory of their mentor alive.He also donated his first contribution towards Nempu programme.
