Kuwait: Tulu Koota Kuwait, held the Muhurtham of Tulu comedy drama “Bangar Babu” at the Salmiya Play School, Rumaithiya on 9th June 2014. Bangar Babu is a comedy drama running successfully in Tulunadu and has been written by CR Arun Chandra, BC Road.
Tulu Koota Kuwait will be presenting this comedy drama during Tulu Parba 2014, with enthusiastic local artists and well-known guest artist under the able direction of Mr. SatishAcharya, the rehearsals of which will commence shortly.
The committee members along with the artists of the drama came together for this event to collectively invoke the blessings of God. The Advisory committee along with the Managing committee members started the event with a lighting of the lamp and a short prayer.
Advisor Mr. Sudhakar Shetty inaugurated the function by lighting the lamp along with Advisory committee and Managing Committee Members. Mr. Satishchandra Shetty and Mr. Ramesh Kidiyoor and Vice President Mr. Harish Bhandary expressed their happiness and spoke words of inspiration.
The President of Tulu Koota Kuwait, Mr. Tharendra Shettigar conveyed his confidence about the story and the artists of the drama through which he hoped to offer wholesome entertainment to the audience of Tulu Parba 2014. Mr. Satishchandra Shetty handed over the script of the drama to the director, Mr. SatishAcharya, who in turn accepted it with an assurance of delivering his very best.
The short event was ably hosted by Mr. PuranderManchi and concluded with a Vote of Thanks by the General Secretary, Mr. SatishAcharya.
