Bangalore:Union Minister for Petroleum M Veerappa Moily will be launching the scheme of sale of 5kg LPG cooking cylinders in selected petrol bunks on October 5.
Under the scheme, 5kg cylinders will be available at market rate. The scheme will be implemented in Bangalore, Mumbai, Chennai, Kolkata and Delhi.
As per the scheme, the customer has can have an LPG distributor of his choice and can register through the online portal. Initially, the scheme will be implemented in 30 cities across the nation.
