Mysuru: In what can be viewed as a flip flop, 20 BJP MLA’s are likely to join the cadres of the Congress party over the next six months and may change the dynamics of politics in Karnataka which goes to polls early next year.
The claim was made by state home minister and KPCC president Dr G Parameshwar on Saturday while announcing the names of Kalale Keshavmurthy (Nanjangud) and Geetha Mahadevprasad (Gundlupet) as the party’s candidates for next month’s bypolls to fill two vacancies in the Legislative Assembly.
Further he alleged that the Centre targeting state ministers through IT raids. Meanwhile a meeting has been scheduled in the day with the chief minister and other party leaders to devise strategy to win the bypolls.
