Hunsur: Police raided a lodge in Hunsur town limits and arrested five persons abetting prostitution and rescued three women from their clutches.
Based on a definite tip off, the police team raided Balaji Palace located on Mysore-Madikeri state highway and arrested five persons. Anu, Anil Augustine, K P Rafi, Abdul Nasir and Anil Kumar, all residents of Cannanore in Kerala, were arrested by the police.
The lodge owner and the manager who entertained prostitution in the lodge are absconding.
Hunsur town police have registered a case.
