Mysuru: A clerk of Maharaja College who was having an extra-marital affair was caught red-handed by his wife here on Thursday December 9.
Hemanth, husband of Soumya, a resident of Raghavendranagar is the accused.
Hemanth had married Soumya 19 years ago and from the last few days was harassing her for money. Eventually, he also stopped going home. Wife grew suspicious about his behaviour and followed him only to find him living with another woman in Jayanagar.
On Thursday, Soumya informed the Ashokapuram police and both Hemanth and his paramour were arrested.
A case has been registered at Ashokpuram police station.
