Mysore: Maharaja College has produced Secular Intellectuals said Proff C Naganna, Director Prasaraanga, Mysore University, during the annual magazine release on Wednesday August 27.
After releasing the magazine he opined that students of Maharaja College have good literature knowledge and this magazine proves it.
The Humanities students have the responsibility of building the better society by their literary works, he said.
He also read out few poems and articles written by students and expressed his positive opinions on them. He appreciated their work, after which he wished and guided those students to continue the same work in future.
He suggested the magazine editors that Urdu literature should not be neglected in any case.
K Deepak, President, Mysore Journalists Associations shared his work experience to the students and appreciated students mainly boys who has written the articles on women harassment happened in the past, and appreciated their concern over the issue.
