Mysore :A shameful event of two KSRTC bus drivers entering into wordy duel and unleashing unparliamentary language against each other has been reported from Bhagat Singh Circle near Shanthala Theatre in city yesterday.

It is reported that drivers of two Madikeri-bound KSRTC buses (KA 10 F-1031 and KA 11 F-1078), who were waiting at the signal near Shathala Theatre on Chamaraja Double Road tried to overtake each other immediately after the signal turned green during which the buses touched each other resulting in minor damages.

Irked by the move of driver of 1031, the driver of 1078 started using unparliamentary words and even tried to assault him and traffic cop, who was on duty, intervened and pacified the two drivers.

Passersby, who stood witness to the incident, opined that authorities should instruct drivers and conductors of KSRTC buses to behave decently at least in public.
