Mysuru: Srinivas Prasad, District Incharge and Revenue minister of Karnataka, hoisted the flag and said, “we should be one not only geographically but in all aspects. People who are thinking of separating from Karnataka by forming a separate state should not do so, as they will be neglected”.
Speaking on Kannada, he said, most Kannada research should be done in the cultural city of Mysore, because it has served the cause of Kannada and produced many legends who have immense knowledge of the language.
Pushpa Amarnath President ZP, Shikha DC, Tanveer Sait, corporators and Govt officials were present in the function.
