Mangaluru: Sasha Rai P has secured First Rank and a Gold Medal in Visvesvaraya Technological University (VTU), Belagavi board exams for M.Tech computer aided design of structures with 87.42 percent marks. She has done her project work under the guidance of Dr. D Prabhakara, Director, Sahyadri Educational Institutions.

While Akshay R Bhandary has secured Fourth Rank in in Mechanical Engineering with 83.65 percent marks,
he has also topped in the first semester examination in 2013, scoring a percentage of 94.06 percent (729 out of 775). With this highest score so far in first semester, Akshay has created a record in the Visvesvaraya Technological University.
These achievements in VTU board exams have raised the banner of Sahyadri College of Engineering and Management high and the management is extremely proud of the rank holders and wished them good luck in their future accomplishments.
