Mangaluru: “Me and My Shadow”, a short film will be released by Kannada movie “Shuddi” director Aadarsh H Eshwarappa here on June 21 at Bharat Mall Big Cinemas.
Renowned directors Vijay Kumar Kodialbail, Raj B Shetty, Prakash Pandeshwar and Kishor D Shetty will be the guests on the occasion.On the occasion, the logo of Off Screen Entertainers, a new small production house by Sandeep Tellis will also be launched. Several short films will also be screened. Off Screen Entertainers is a new venture by Sandeep Tellis to provide a platform to all the creative short movies and the encourage young talents.
The new short movie director Arjun Lewis and Sandeep Tellis will honour all the artistes of the movie with mementos on the occasion.
At 4 pm, “Me and My Shadow”, “Dark”, “Helada Kavana” by popular director Simple Suni, “Ulidavaru Kandanthe” assistant director Abhishek M’s “Free Hit” short movies will be screened. At 5 pm, there will be second screening and the third screening will be at 6 pm.
In “Me and My Shadow”, a 20-minute movie, story, screenplay and direction are by Arjun Lewis. Vidu Uchil, Pradeep Chandra Kutpady, Prasanna Shetty, J P Tuminadu, Ashwath R Shetty and others have acted.
In the technical team, Cinematography is by Vivek Gowda and Mohish Kumar, editing by Vivek Gowda and Guru GP, assistant direction by Clanwin Fernandes, sound recording by Shenoy Joseph and background score by Prasad Shetty.
Remmi Lobo, Velvet D’Souza, Shrikanth Bhat Nandalike and Ambrose D’Souza are the main sponsors.
