Mangalore: A car dashed against a lorry from behind killing its driver, a resident of Ganjimatt Joseph Ivan D’Souza. Joseph, bus driver by profession, had come to visit his friend at Kumble by car.
The incident happened at around a 10 PM near the RTO Check post.
It is learnt that the car hit the stationary lorry parked on the side of the road from behind. The front portion of the car was smashed. Localities extricated Joseph from the smashed car and moved him to hospital but he breathed his last.
