Mangalore: An accident claimed the life of a bike rider, when his vehicle collided with an express bus at Ganjimata on Tuesday July 22.
The deceased has been identified as Vikram alias 25-year-old Raja, son of Krishnappa a resident of Kompadavu, reportedly the Raja died on the spot.
It is learnt that the Raja was plying towards Moodbidri from Mangalore when the accident took place at Yedapadavu.
It is said that Raja’s bike got caught in a pothole and he lost balance and collided with the bus.The impact of the accident was such that he literally got crushed with the impact
The Kaikamaba police have registered a complaint and more details are awaited.
