Moodbidri :Annu(45) daily wage worker in a stone quarry died here on July 29 at Ramanagudde in Kallabettu.
The stone quarry belongs to Ciril Serao where Annu was working along with other two workers. At 9.30 when he was cutting the stone with the machine he fell down.
Soon he was taken to Moodbidri hospital and he breathed his last on the way.
He might have died due to cardiac arrest or brain stroke,it is suspected.
The deceased is survived by his wife and three children.
Moodbidri circle inspector Anantha Padmanabha visited the spot and conducted inquiry.
