Mangaluru: The Kannada Sahitya Parishat will honor Minister for Health and Family Welfare U.T Khader with the B.G Banakar Endowment Award for posing as many as 605 questions in the Legislative Assembly.
According to the press release, the award consists of Rs 10,000 and a citation. It will be presented to Mr. Khader on February 2 at the 81st All India Kannada Sahitya Sammelan.
The award is given to the legislator who poses the highest number of questions in the Legislative Assembly, the release further stated.
