Mangalore: Maitreyi Gowda an actor by profession has alleged that Karthik Gowda son of Union Railway minister D V Sadananda Gowda has married her on June 5, 2014 in Mangalore.
The allegations have come to light recently, when Karthik got engaged to another girl called Swathi on Wednesday August 27.
Maitreyi claims that Karthik started avoiding her since last month.
“Our friends knew about the affair but he told me that he would talk to his parents and assured of marrying me publicly. However his mother asked me to marry someone else and settle soon”, said Maitreyi.
She added stating that Karthik has been brainwashed by his parents.
DVS son denied the claims of marriage and said that the photograph produced by her is morphed.
Reacting to this DVS said that this is an attempt to spoil his family’s name, his wife Datty also has apparently made an official statement denying Mythriya’s claims as well.
