Mulky: The passengers and driver were injured in a collision between Bus and an Eicher vehicle here on September 30 at Mulky Shambahvi bridge.
The incident took place when the goods lorry rammed into Bharathi bus heading towards Bangalore from Udupi in a bid to overtake it.
In the mishap driver and the passengers suffered minor injuries. They have been taken to a nearby private hospital for treatment.
High speed and irresponsible driving by the lorry driver is said to be the reason behind this mishap.
The mishap disrupted traffic for more than half an hour, however Mulky police reached the spot and cleared the road.
East zone traffic police have registered a case and are further investigating the matter.
