Mangalore: The 104th death anniversory of Fr Muller who worked relentlessly to bring succour to the poor and suffering will be commemorated by the management here on November 1. On the occasion the management will inaugurate Don Bosco hostel block-2 for post graduates and Fr Muller Utility building in a function organised in the morning at 9.15 AM.
Mangalore diocese Bishop, Rev Fr Aloysius Paul will inaugurate the new buildings.
Utility building attached to Fr Muller hospital has got modern facilities. It has a Pharmacy, token system and a Waiting lounge. Lab, modern Homeopathic outpatient section and a medicine dispensing facility. In order to help medical students,a skills lab, Syndicate bank’s second ATM, a canteen and a parking facility for all will also find a place in the building.
The new Don Bosco hostel-2 for the post graduates has 5 floors, 277 rooms and 40 air conditioned rooms.
On the same occasion Swach Bharath Abhiyan on Kannada Rajyotsav Day has been organised by the Mangalore diocese in all the churches and institutions.
Mangalore Bishop will kickstart the campaign at Valencia circle.
