Bengaluru: Condemning the Enforcement Directorate’s (ED) arrest of former water resource minister D K Shivakumar in the alleged money laundering case, former parliamentarian affairs minister Krishna Byre Gowda lashed out at the Central Government here on Wednesday, September 11.
Hitting out at the BJP-led Central Government, he said, “The Centre is indulging in shameless politics. They are misusing legal bodies such as the ED and the Income Tax departments. They are treating them like dogs.”
“The recent death of Café Coffee Day founder, Late V G Siddhartha was due to the IT department. It was not a case of suicide,” he claimed.
