Hubballi: Vidhana Parishad member and JD(S) leader Basavaraj Horatti has been undergoing treatment at Vivekannada private hospital after he collapsed due to high BP.
From last three days he had fever and uneasiness and was under medication at his residence. But yesterday he collapsed and was immediately taken to hospital.
However, Dr Sattura said from the hospital that he is responding to the treatment.
After the news spread Navalagund MLA N H Konareddy, JD(S) leader Rajanna Koravi, son Vasantha Horatti rushed to the hospital. MLA Konareddy broke down after he met the leader.
According to reports few miscreants had carried out sorcery in front of Horatti’s house. A few people are suspecting that it is the effect of sorcery. On November 7, lemon, Kumkum and other things were found in front of his house.
