Bangkok: Thai Kannada Balaga (TKB), Kannadigas living in Thailand organized and celebrated Cultural get together on the occasion of Chadramana Ugadi at Novotel Lotus Hotel, Sukhumvit Soi 33, Bangkok on 29th March 2015.
The colorful celebration inaugurated and lighting up by Chief Guest Shri Susheel Kumar Saraff, president of ITCC (India -Thai Chamber of Commerce, Honorable Guest, Mrs. Malathi Rao, Director Indian Cultural Council, Mr. Sathish Chandra Asst General Manager State Bank of India Bengaluru, Thai Kannada Balaga President Mr. Sreeram Kempanna, Secretary Mrs. Ambika, Tresurer Mr. Roshan Naveen Pinto.
Famous renowned artist & comedian Mr. Richard Louis from Bengaluru along with his family, Channapattana singers- Smt. Shashikala CJ & Smt. Poornima, TKB members Mr. Ravi Bhovy, Mr. Ravi MB, Ms. Anagha with their Kollywood, Bollywood, Folk songs; Exciting group dance Huttidare Kannadanadalli Huttabeku by group of 11 TKB members who also participated Thai- Indian Funfair 2015 ; and many more cultural program by Thai Kannada Balaga members, CCS group, children entertained the whole event successfully.
The former presidents of TKB, Ravi Mysore, Mohandas, Vinaya Rai, Habib, Vincent Daniel Pinto, Muthu; Mr. Guru Prasad, State Bank of India Official sponsor, Regional head office, Bengaluru were present and distributed prizes and trophies for cultural activities. Mrs. Setu Havanur compered the whole program.
