Dubai: Srinidhi Properties first project, Srinidhi Apartments’ built at MGM Road Kukikatte, Udupi was launched in Dubai at Dubai Grand Hotel amidst dignitaries and media representatives on Friday the 26th September 2014.
The foundation stone was laid at the site in Udupi on July 11, 2014. The project is expected to be completed by December 2015. The project is promoted by Krishna Raj Tantry.
Mr. Vittal Shetty, a prominent Kannadiga from Dubai welcomed the gathering and guests. The Managing Director of the Srinidhi Apartments then gave detailed info of the project which he said was situated ideally. He said, the four block project was close to Schools, Colleges, Hospitals and other important locations and amenities. Each block he said had 25 apartments and a central court yard and all the facilities commonly found in apartment complexes of this nature.
On the occasion the brochure of the project was displayed by the dignitaries on dais namely Mr. Sarvotham Shetty (President, Abu Dhabi Karnataka Sangha), Mr. Walter Nandalike (Daijiworld), Mr. Satish Venkatramana (Managing Director Chilly Willy), Mr. Sunder Shetty (MD Nihal Restaurant), Mr. Manohar Thonse and many other dignitaries and media representatives.
A delicious buffet was provided for all who attended the launching program.
