Mysore: The movie ‘KAHI’ by Arvind Sastry has completed 90% of the shooting. The movie was being shot in two schedules. However while filming for an action sequence at Banashankari, Bangalore, lead actor Suraj Gowda, suffered an injury to his wrist, delaying the shoot’s completion.
Speaking exclusively to newskarnataka.com, he shared his personal experience, ” Having to shoot an action scene excited me initially! But unfortunately I was injured by the iron rod. The nerve tendon in my wrist broke and I was rushed to the hospital . Thank god I had an amazing team who made sure my health was the first priority.”
“Shooting has been postponed by a week now for me to take rest. I am just waiting to shoot again”.
Adding to this Arvind Sastry said that, “The action was composed differently and is a bit difficult to perform but Suraj tried his best to do it. Unfortunately he injured his hand, but managed to complete the scene. But the pain was too much by next day so we postponed our shooting for few days and will resume soon and complete the remaining portion as soon as possible”, he added.
