Dharwad: The Samaja Parivartana Samudaya has on January 7, Tuesday mailed a copy of the chargesheet filed by the Lokayukta against state minister DK Shivakumar close on the heels of the CM Siddaramaiah denying reports that the newly inducted minister has been charge sheeted.
S R Hiremath of the Samaja Parivartana Samudaya asserted that Lokayukta investigating officer D Palakshaiah had filed a 111-page charge sheet against Shivakumar before a Lokayukta special court on June 21, 2012. The disclosure was made by him during a press meet recently.
Adding to the details, S R Hiremath said that charge sheet number is 1/2012 which was submitted on June 21, 2012, based on FIR number 26/2012 dated March 27, 2012, filed before the 29th additional district and session’s judge in PCR No 11/2012.
